Had to deal with this business when buying a house. Not communicative (because they don't care) and inconsiderate of my time (late to a meeting at their own office). Maybe you get better service when they know you can walk away but when they are the business selected by a bank to work a home sale, you won't get much service, 2 stars because the home sale went through. I would give 1.5 stars if it was an option.

Contacted Chuck (Charles) after many frustrating months of trying to remove a squatter on our own. Once we started the process with Triad, we finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel, and issue is resolved. Triad is the way to go and will save you money in the meantime. If you are facing this issue with a squatter or tenant, we recommend you go online to your county's website and fill out as many forms (even if your not sure which ones because it is confusing) as you can prior to your call so you can forward to them to get started without delay! I contacted Triad Law Group preparing to go through a lengthy and expensive tenancy issue. Chuck's advice during the initial consultation was enough to move the matter forward, and the process resolved quickly and for much less than I expected. I'll certainly retain their services in the future, and will recommend them to others.
