JKA did an awesome jump replacing my well pump last November. It went out right after Thanksgiving and we had just a trickle of water coming into the house. We have a newer house but the builder hooked up an old well that was preexisting on the property. They were trying to save a few bucks. We didn't know the pump was 20 years old and on its last leg. It never worked right from day one.nnWe have had great water pressure since JKA replaced the pump and removed the silt from the old well. Everything works better than it ever has at our house and we have great water pressure. They were very quick at responding even though it was right after a holiday. They made us a priority since we had no water coming into the house. I can't thank them enough for their fast and quality service.
Quick and courteous in response to my call. Stated costs and bill rates up front. Arrived on time for appointment. Very knowledgeable, but willing to speak in plain English to a novice. give me a number of options, helping me to understand the pros and cons for each. I was able to solve my immediate issue but also make recommendations for further prevention in the future.
Highly recommend them! Pierce came out and did an inspection on our well system for us the same day we called. He did a thorough investigation and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them in the future! Very happy with our service!

I cant say enough about JKA and specifically Kevin who I worked with. Every interaction exceeded expectations. I had questions as this is all new to me and Kevin did a great job walking through the results, recommendations and follow up. I also have to say their pricing was better than I could find elsewhere, even if I were to do the work myself (which I couldnt have done after seeing their quality of work). I highly recommend JKA for your water needs and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
