I loved working out here. It's not a corporate gym, it's the real deal. Helpful staff.
This is the best gym I've ever been to. It's a no B.S. strength training gym with everything you could possibly need. They also have heavier weights 200+ which nobody else has. Come here to train hard otherwise go to Equinox and sip tea like a baby.
good place to work out, but the equipment is from the past. old and with a lot of friction
This place has steel plates and dumbbells unlike the fitness centers.
Very happy I found this REAL gym in the Bay. This gym has everything any competitor or person serious about fitness could ever need!
