Worst mountain mikes experience ever. The girl at counter was rude. Looked like it was the owners kid. She needs to get some customer service classes or something. The owner had to tell her to help us with our order.

I had to cancel an order. The man on the line asked me why and even though I am not obligated to provide an answer I did. He continued to try to pressure me to keep the order and I had to firmly state to please cancel my order. He hung up on me without saying anything. I called back and when I explained that my order needs to be cancelled he raised his voice at me and lied saying that he already said he would. His tone, volume level, and words were aggressive. I tried to call back to get a confirmation that the order was cancelled and to ask if they had ran my card yet. He hung up on me without answering. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention the aggressiveness can be triggering for some people. I will not be spending my money here.

If i could give no stars I would. First experience with Mountain Mike's pizza ever. Ordered online for delivery and received a pizza that had clearly been dropped. Delivery driver was rude and failed to listen to instructions on how to find our apartment. Initial call to complain was met with more rudeness and an unwillingness to help and was told the manger was not there. Called back less then 5 minutes later got a manger who argued with my husband until finally saying that he would give a refund in exchange for the dropped pizza. We are still waiting for them to come pick up the pizza, it has been almost an hour. We understand mistakes can happen, however after the mistake happened, the way in which we have been treated means we will not be ordering from this location or any owned by the same franchisee again.
