Ken Subio has been my personal trainer for a little over 2 years. When Covid hit, I thought “there goes all my and his hard work”, but I was delighted when Ken made the necessary changes, when all the gyms were ordered to close, so he could do what he loves and what he is the very best at, which is personal training. I am 67 years old and started body building and competing when I was 50. I say that, so you know when I say Ken is a really good personal trainer, that I say it from experience. At my age my biggest concern is to stay injury free. Ken continues to push me to my absolute limit without compromising my safety. Ken is one of, if not the best trainer in Solano County. You can trust him to design a program which includes a nutrition and an exercise plan specifically for your body and your goals. Thank you Ken. I really appreciate your dedication to your profession and to your clients.

I’ve been training ken for the past couple of months and I’ve got to tell you I hate him for a whole hour! He’s a great motivator and truly pushes you to be a better version of yourself. His gym equipment is high end and definitely makes you feel like you’re truly training with a trainer in a gym but better. I highly recommend working out with him! Not only does he provide amazing workout routines but meal plans as well! Affordable and flexible with scheduling.

Ken is absolutely amazing! I’ve been working with him for about a year now. His plan has been customized for me. I have severe hip pain but Ken has worked around that which has allowed me to build and remain active! His diet plan goes well w his training program! I would recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been training with Ken for 3 weeks now and I am already seeing results!! Ken explains each movement and why it’s important and really takes the time to help you perfect your form. He’ll push you to push yourself, and be your biggest cheerleader to keep you going. I only wish I would have started training with him sooner!
