This is my second home. The coaches are great and very inspiring. And hands down some of the best kids programs around.

Training was okay, but the contract length is terrible and too expensive!!! I currently take my kids to Apex NorCal and they do month to month commitments. They understand that kids have other, more important obligations and understand that the month to month contracts are what is best for their customers.nnWhen we signed our contract at train 4 life, one of the owners told us that the contract is flexible but my wife and I screwed up. We should have read the fine print!! We haven't taken our kids there in over a year and we are still paying on the long term contract!!nnTRAIN 4 LIFE'S CONTRACTS ARE TOO LONG OR OVER PRICED. EITHER WAY ITS A TERRIBLE DEAL

My children have been training in martial arts for the past 25 years and I feel this is the best all round self defense school I've seen. They combine self defense with a sense of respect for country, god and self. They have a great program for children and are an awesome supporter of the community.
