Throughout this COVID ordeal they “were” good about about suspending monthly payments, but now I see a charge has appeared, yet the Suisun location is yet to be open. I’ll be calling to cancel today.nI heard In Shape is closing soon.

This is an Awesome gym!! I should know, as I've trained at gyms all across the country. The customer service provided by Blanca and her Team at In-Shape Suisun is exemplar; I wish other service industry establishments would model the way the In-Shape staff treat their clientele. I'll be a member here for as long as I pursue my fitness goals!!

I like in shape because it has a pool but it's disappointing that the steam room amd the sauna are always broken and the pool area and fitting rooms are consistently filthy. The hot tub had floating clumps of dirt and hair.

Generally clean. Gym staff are super nice.nnMain downside is that a lot of gym members abuse the non-confrontational disposition of staff. This is especially problematic in the pool area. People will loose their kids to splash around the lap swim area or just generally mosey about through lanes and become indignant at the mere suggestion they respect others or follow posted rules.
