I'm very disappointed with this tow company. Due to an accident, Speedway was chosen by the police. Car was totaled and towed. Owner of the car had liability insurance and was not issued an ticket for the accident, is homeless and jobless and tried to make a deal to pay some cash and give the title as payment for the two and storage fee and the owner said no. Car owner got upset and swore at the owner. I called back to try and work something out and he refused. Tow company owner said if we couldn't pick the car up right away, the car would be considered abandoned after 20 days, go to auction, and the owner would get a ticket for abandonment of car and his license would be suspended until he paid the $3000 tow bill. He wasn't willing to make any deals, take payments, etc. Car has been in their possession for 3 days now. He even told me he wouldn't take the abuse from me, where I never even raised my voice. I simply explained the situation, apologized for the car owner's conversation, asked some questions and asked how we could resolve the issue.nnSeems sad they won't give a guy a break when he's already down as low as he can go and just lost the last possession he had and the means to get him to a job. Not good business practice or customer service.

I crashed my car on Christmas Eve at around 7:30pm in dark, snowy conditions. These guys picked me up within 45 min of my call and were extremely friendly and professional. They were kind enough to drop me off close to my house and I was assured that they would take good care of my car. They have tons of experience with a variety of insurance companies and make the whole process a breeze. Thank you, Speedway!
Great service! My hitch broke pull my 40' fifthwheel and these guys were in site quickly and took extra effort to make sure my trailer was safe and secure while i was getting my hitch repaired. Thanks guys!!
Excellent customer service. They went way out of their way to get us home safe, they were on time and within their quote. No complaints here, I would definitely recommend them.
