When we started going to Travis, the staff was helpful and friendly. It has changed so much since then. The office lady is very unfriendly and rather standoffish. We believe when you are paying for a service or product, you should be able to choose which one you like, not the customer service person. Maybe they can learn something from Seal Beach FamCam, Las Vegas FamCamp or the many KOAs around the country. There is no Wi-Fi, no cable or any other amenities that really make the place appealing. If it wasn't for the PX and commissary that are in walking distance of the FamCamp, it would be a very unpleasant place to RV.
