Love this place. Chris is great. Knows his stuff and just great to be around. His assistants are great too. Wish I had a reason to go back, but that would mean I have rehab to do so maybe not.
After 6 months of injury and being unable to run or play tennis, I started working with Karen and Mike. Completely turned me around. Got me back to being able to run marathons and play hours of tennis.nnStrongly recommend!
Their light therapy treatment _saved_ my last ski holiday! I had cracked ribs that were healing slowly, and a ski holiday fast approaching. I am a scientist, researched light therapy for healing broken bones, and learned that there's lots of evidence of its effectiveness. I had one week to get treated. We stacked up several treatments in that week, and I felt improvement daily!
SOL is amazing! My back was very stiff and after the first visit I was able to touch my toes again! They also directed me to helpful recourses to help my back recover and use regularly to help me prevent injury again. I highly recomend them!
Karen Roitz with SOL Santa Cruz does amazing work on the whole body. She takes the time to not only address what is ailing you but is passionate about giving you the tools to make it better. She knows it's more than just fixing it in the moment, making it better, and then sending you on your way. She wants to see your health improve and is dedicated to getting you moving in a pain free and more healthy way.
