Very happy with Dickson Electric. I already had a few bids from others in the area and was about to pull the trigger but passed one of their vans in my neighborhood and figured I'd give them a call. Ended up going with their bid and am glad I did. Prompt, professional, and great communication throughout the process. They will definitely be at the top of my list in the future.
I cannot recommend Dickson Electric highly enough! I called about five different places before I spoke to them and they were hands down the most pleasant and professional to speak to. Their electricians arrived on time, were friendly and completed the work in just an hour (exactly what I was quoted). They even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my fan. I will definitely be calling them again when I need work done!
My family and I own a small machine shop in Mukilteo. We had a short in one of our busbars leaving several machines without power. Kurt had a very busy schedule but fit us in as soon as he could. Having used several different companies over the years for various projects I can say that Dickson Electric's level of service is the best I have ever experienced. We have been in these predicaments before, minimizing the time a machine is down is critical to any shop, especially in these difficult times. Excellent and quick communication both from the electrician and Liz who runs scheduling/billing. We used Dickson Electric to install the needed 220v power for a new hot-tub. They did everything from digging the trench to running the conduit in our crawl-space, and they were priced below all other estimates. Highly recommend this company.
