I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks. For one the food was great. I wish I lived out there. If I did I would be a regular customer. But there service is what really made them outstanding. I ordered food for pick up since I was out of there delivery area. I fell asleep and ended up waking up with just enough time to get there before they close. I could not find the spot and was disappointed that I thought I was going to miss out on their delicious chicken. I called them and left a message and they went out of there way to bring me my food and did not charge me for it. This was done all after they had already closed. This was the best customer service I ever had. And the chicken was great. Anytime that I will go to the Santa Cruz area I will definitely be going there!... I would give 5 stars but u have to get to them through a back door that is not easy to find
Food was good. Service is through a back door which doesn't smell good due to a dumpster too close to the door. Wonder why they can't serve through the front. It would help the overall appearance of the restaurant.
My daughter devoured her meal in about ten minutes flat. I think that says it all! The waffle fries are delicious! We will definitely order again soon!
