Small classes and lots of attention. I've only taken two classes but they are very much suited to your needs. One class that I took felt like a workshop. If you like learning about what you're doing and if you're a beginner to yoga (like me), then I highly recommend this studio.
Santa Cruz's latest yoga studio has now opened on the west side. If you enjoy Mark Stephens' style of teaching, you fill find a full offering of classes in his lineage by experienced and innovative yoga teachers, in a cosy, well-lit studio.
Great energy and inspiring yogis. Felt at ease just walking in.
