The workouts are super challenging and leave you feeling very good. Each class is never the same and the instructors have different takes on how to work you out, but it's always fun and I love coming back for more!
Abigail is an amazing instructor who really knows what Pilates exercises work for my body to move and feel better.
Teresa is an incredibly talented, healing and giving teacher. I have had chronic low back pain and have tried so many different modalities to heal it. With just a few simple Pilates and Yamuna Rolling exercises/routines I have been able to become more aware of my body, body's posture to control the pain.nnI also experience migraines and after working with Teresa the energy of my migraine completely dissolved. She is so knowledgable in many different areas. I can't express how grateful I am to her that she makes the time to work with me. I wish I could give more than five stars, because Teresa is a SuperStar!
Teresa is an amazing teacher and her studio is excellent. Can't recommend it enough!
