I was treated very poorly by an employee named “Chelle”. I stopped by Snohomish Starbucks today with my daughter. We ordered 2 chonga bagels, a bacon Gouda sandwich and 2 drinks. When we got home we didn’t have the bacon Gouda. I drove all the way back, went through the drive through and waited again. When I got up to order, I let them know that we were missing a sandwich from our order. She said “ok I will get that going for you”. When I got to the window a girl with the name tag “Chelle” held out a basket and said “here’s your sandwich”. I took the sandwich and she turned around and walked away. I said to her “wow, no apology?” She turned around and in a snide tone said “sorry, you got your sandwich what more do you want”? Now this is what upsets me. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and expect to get better customer service than that.
Came in for a Holiday Cup. Who knew they discriminate to non coffee, tea drinkers. Makes me question my 10 years of gold card carrier.
This was by far, the nicest and friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! Everyone had great attitudes and we're chatty, which is nice. I will definitely go back here when I'm in Snohomish!
Very nice staff. Amazing community wall full of drawings and jokes. Cute jars on the stands with jokes and happy inspirational quotes to get you through the day. Very quaint, love it!
