I went to the Starbucks in Haggen Grocery in Snohomish yesterday. There were 4 baristas. One was waiting on the woman in line ahead of me. The others were having a pleasant chat. One minute went by; I waited. Another minute went by; I waited. Another minute went by; I walked away. I own a few shares of Starbucks, and I would like to think my investment is being better managed than that.
We were shopping at the Snohomish Hagen, and decided to get some food and coffee at the starbucks there...There was only one person waiting for their drink, and 2 people behind the counter...nI approached the counter and said hi, and neither person acknowledged me.nI stood there for several minutes, even picked out some food items.. I waited, but no one acknowledged me...what a couple of RUDE people! So different from any other Starbucks I have been to.nI WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!nI hope they get treated the same way one day!
