had a wonderful time with my daughter walking the boulevard lots of the stores were closed and all the rides were shut down due to the covid-19 but some of the food markets were open access to the beach was available lots of people out there enjoying the sun
A very nice walk to do more in summer than in winter it is very pretty but very touristy also it is a place that I recommend
