I love this gym and can't wait for it to reopen!
This gym was good one year ago. But recently the owner wants to attract more members so they gave some promotions on monthly membership fee. Now the gym's group classes are always crowded and you can not even find a spot on the yoga class. As others commented, it's always a pain to cancel your membership and the manager never replies your email.
Same experience as some of the people below have been sharing - tried to cancel my membership and was still being charged. Caught it late because I wasn't expecting to still be charged for something I had asked to cancel. Checked my credit card to make sure I wasn't being charged again and there was still an amount being paid. Called them to check why this was happening as I had only been told I needed to pay a $10 cancellation fee. Was told I needed to provide 45 days notice of intent to cancel. Even though I requested to cancel back in May. Manager I was talking to tried to blame this lack of information on another employee.nnAs other reviews have noted - terrible management (or maybe just one person). No where else would it be this much of a hassle to cancel something. All a customer should have to do is say that would like to cancel.nnDon't get drawn in by the deals - they'll get you on the back-end.nnIt's a shame because the rest of the staff are pretty friendly.
Great gym. Their machines are always available because they have so many. Great energy by the staff and patrons. I felt really encouraged to get a good workout. I look forward to coming back for their stair machine.
If someone asks me about this place, I definitely says there customer service is very poor and thy charge you over without your knowing. I don’t recommend!
