We reserved a trailer the night before and the paperwork said that we needed to get rhe trailer here at the lake Steven's location. Get there in the morning and they told me the reservation was in Everett. 30 minutes away. This plane is not the problem but u-haul website is. Be careful
Beware. These people are shady. Charged me for 2 extra days because I told them I had lost my original contract. Buyer beware. Clock Tower Storage in Lake Stevens is much better I found out afterwards.
FRAUD ALERT The Attorney General's Office as well as the Sheriff's Office have received our report of multiple claims of fraud. We have traced the manager (Kayla) using customer's credit cards to her personal account (not Mini Storage), and 9 other fraud claims. Rented a 26ft UHaul truck. Good service.
Had 'guaranteed' reservation for 5/8/2020 for a local move. Was called 26 hours before pickup time and told the truck would not be available and that I would have to pick up in Lynnwood instead. When asked about the additional mileage charge it would cost, I was told it would be my responsibility to pay the extended travel mileage and they would not put me in any other size tuck.nGood news is that Penske in Everett was happy to have my business and provide great customer service.
