Claire Kalia is an amazing lawyer for small businesses owners like myself who are just starting off. I found her through Yelp because she had great reviews, and she has definitely lived up to them. She helped me decide on what type of entity to create, helped me form my first LLC, create a contract agreement for my services, and other documents for my business. She is very patient about answering all my questions. She is very responsive and provides excellent insight! I highly recommend her!
