Pizza Hut

Would not deliver down the road... tsk... tsk... unbelievable

Tried them twice during the Stay at Home. First time order gluten free w/o cheese. Sent with cheese. Then sent replacement pizza that had all topping on side of box and uneatable. Gave $15 credit. Ordered again today no credit given. Ordered deep crust and got regular. Charged wrong. Wow done with the Pizza Hut. Don't order there

The contact delivery is a joke at this place. Ordered my pizza on their terrible app and there was a spot to put your vehicle make/model and color. App said they would bring it out in 15 minutes. After about 25 minutes of waiting I called them. They asked my name and what vehicle and color. Again?!? After about 5 minutes a lady comes out asking every car my name. Once again they didn't know what vehicle I was in. What a joke. C'mon pizza hut!! And had to sign a receipt with probably a dirty pen. So what is the difference of just goin inside?

Came into the Lake Stevens WA store to pickup my pizza and wing order. I asked to use the restroom as our county is in Phase 2. Was told I had to go the the Haggens to use the testroom ad the restroom in the store was for employees only. What kind of customer service is this? I am disabled and walking is painful.

Had pretty dang good pizza so far. orders are always correct. fast deliveries and friendly employees.
