Love Barbara’s class! Everyone is excellent, well trained, disciplined, and welcoming to beginners. Perfect place to practice!
I like the effective 1.5 hour bikram class which is offered at various hours.nnI wasn't sure if you used steam for creating the heat or was it dry heat. Having the natural water steam to create the heat would help. (Similar to Club Sports - Fremont - hot yoga place) However, otherwise I highly recommend this place for all yoga practitioners.
Friendly + helpful staff, beautiful + clean space, and overall a great place to break a sweat! I’ve been to my fair share of bikram studios and this one is by far the best! Whenever I’m in South Bay I always visit.
Great facility, better heat than other studios I've tried. Teachers are the best around, very friendly, dedicated to the yoga practice, and foster a familial atmosphere.
Everyone was incredibly sweet! I was instantly greeted and I was able to speak to the instructor who answered all my questions. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely return and recommend to friends!
