Was helped by sam. Super friendly and gave me multiple calls advising when he would be at the home. Unfortunately the usps gave me the wrong mailbox, but this was not an issue for Sam. Replaced the neighbors mailbox and my lock and both work great. Would use again! :)
This is the 2nd key I purchased here. The first one was a small mailbox key and they did not have on in the machine so it took like 2-3 weeks for one to be mailed. Additional delay was coz the virus I am sure - no biggie.nnSo the fact that they had the key I needed - a standard key - was cool and easy. Well worth the less than $10 because I am a huge proponent of self service anything.
