Outstanding! It was real pleasure to deal with Expert Flooring. From the time we first walked into the store until the carpet was installed , all aspects of our experience was just outstanding! Keisha was very helpful in the selection of the carpet. Tom came to our house to measure and did an excellent job. Their carpet installer was amazing! He managed to get the pattern of the carpet just right. It was also a pleasure to have Jose and his helper in the house. Also the clean up very nicely. Finally the price was the best in town. We went to several places to check the carpet and price and Expert Flooring was the best. If you need carpet , Expert Flooring is the place to go.
We recently had the flooring in our house installed by Expert Flooring. We could not have asked for a better experience. From Shawn, who assisted us in the store and came out to measure for the estimate, to Jeff and his crew, who did the installation. They were all very professional and courteous the entire time. They worked around our schedule then entire time. Their final walk through and the attention to detail was a welcome surprise. Thanks guys!!
Highly recommended!! We put down new floors in our entire house. Laminate/tile down stairs and in bathrooms, carpet on stairs, hallway, and master. Laminate in kids rooms. Everyone on the team was extremely friendly. More important, the quality of material and precision on the install was PERFECT! It's certainly worth your time stopping here. A++
Tom Rossi's crew did an excellent job ordering, preparing for, and installing our new carpet. We have had no issues with it and it looks great!
