Delicious pizza but horrible service everytime!!! Rude unprofessional costumer service
We’ve have used this place a few times now. They have always been polite and our order correct and hot when we collected it. The pizza and chicken has been cooked nicely, not over or underdone which has often not been our experience with other pizza places.
I live in Merced, about two hours away. My grandparents live in Gilroy, and when I went to visit last week them - I ordered delivery so we can have lunch together. We were given a window of about 30-40 minutes but it turned out to be more like an hour and the pizza was cold by the time it arrived. The pizza itself was still good, but delivery service was very poor.
It’s good pizza but it takes so long for them to answer. I waited at least 16 minutes and called 3 times for no one to pick up.
Service was slow. Pizza is average but I feel that way about all of the chain Pizza places. Over all okay.
