On Day #4 and I am totally hooked on this gym. Shane and his coaches welcomed me in with open arms and do a outstanding job of knowing where each person is in their training potential. There is no intimidation when you show up for day one, so if you are new to CrossFit this is the place to be. Alternatively, if you are experienced this crew is ready to support you there as well. Lots of classes to meet your scheduling needs and they do a superb job of keeping this gym clean. I'm hooked!

Awesome gym , clean friendly staff and super clean. They have lots of equipment and very nice locker rooms. They also have an on site chiropractor and salon. I think i might keep this gym.

First day I show up not knowing anyone, the owner Shane runs up and introduces himself and the whole team. They really made me feel welcome! Such an uplifting and positive environment I knew it was right for me. I highly recommend joining!

Best Training atmosphere in the area. A Seriously organized program with engaging coaches in a great location. Very welcoming environment.
