Best bang for the buck on a new heat pump. New unit to replace a pump that was 39 years old. The new unit is incredibly quiet and warm. Install happened over two days. Two cosmetic issues were fixed with no hassle two weeks after install. I highly recommend.
G&S installed a generator for me 2 years ago and I was impressed with their work. Due to a furnace failure I had to call for service on a Saturday and I called G&S. Ryan, the technician who came out, was prompt, polite, professional and competent. He did the work efficiently and thoroughly. Hopefully I won't have a furnace or heat pump problem for a long time, but when I do I'll call G&S again.
G&S has been taking care of our furnace and AC for years. They are always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Ryan is a great example. He arrived on time, wore a mask while making repairs, and found a simple solution that literally saved us a thousand dollars by avoiding costly re-installation.
Recently moved to a 70's home and the furnace needed to be replaced, we also wanted to add an A/C unit. We had several companies come out, but Mike @ G&S stood out. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get the right unit combo to fit our needs. The installers were out within a week and the quality of the install is amazing. THANK YOU!!
WOW, GOOD OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE, UP-FRONT HONESTY AND PATIENCE! My aunt & uncle needed some service and Eric Anderson the tech was so awesome they are excited for the future maintenence because they know they are in good hands. Thanks Eric have fun camping!
