Great company. The service from the office was excellent - friendly, efficient and reliable. The technician who can out to replace our gas fire place was also great. Nice guy, worked quickly, no mess and now we have a working fireplace again! They were also able to source us an available piece for a really good price. I’ve already recommended the company to others.

We had an excellent experience with Lifetime today. Chance the technician arrived promptly, very polite and extremely professional. He was very respectful of our home and took every caution that we hoped for but did not request. We had our A/C, furnace and fireplace serviced today. Our fireplace received the most thorough and careful service and cleaning, much better than the last companies we've used in past....Chance thoroughness and attention to detail really impressed us! He was great in answering all our questions and showed us how to operate fireplace properly. He was so thoughtful and offered us knee pads when we kneeled to see what he was doing !nChance also very thorough with the service performed on the A/C and furnace. He took pictures of everything and included in his invoice and report .nWe have use other companies recommended by neighbors in past, but after meeting Chance and experienced his professionalism and performance, we will definitely use Lifetime and already referred our neighbors to him.nP.S. the ladies who helped us on the phone, Val and Emma were so polite, respectful and helpful.....all in all, we are extremely happy doing business with you. Don't ever change your standards and good staff!

From the office staff to the repair techs this company, Lifetime, has some of the most helpful and polite staff I have ever encountered. They are definitely a five star company that cares about their customers. I called to have service on my furnace, explained my situation and timeline and every effort was made to help me. An appointment was made, the Technician, Bobby, was on time and patiently explained the service process and commitment to doing a complete job. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Nick and Logan were awesome. The were friendly but more importantly, I feel confident in their work and in my decision to hire lifetime heating and cooling. They were very knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure no detail was missed. They answered all my questions and overall am very happy. Definitely recommend and would hire again!

Our Service Technician Chase Talley cleaned and serviced both of our gas fireplaces today. His overall performance was exceptional. He was professional, thorough, clean, Covid careful, excellent communicator and thoughtful. Both our fireplaces look like new and are functioning better. We have already called a couple of our friends here in Trilogy about Chase and Lifetime Heating and AC. We highly recommend his work. Much better than others that we have used in the past!
