We are in process of remodeling our house, Mike helped us with installing recessed lights, fan and kitchen cabinet lights. Very knowledgeable, friendly and knows his work. An absolute pro. Thank you Mike and Tresa.

I was shocked to come here and see only 3 stars. My experience was nothing short of amazing and I have already recommended them to someone else who needs electrical work done. I called 3 people and this was the only place that was honest saying I dont need a whole new panel. I will always call this company for any future work!

I called these folks to give me advice and an estimate to fix or replace my breaker panel because two other electricians told me it needed replaced at the tune of about $4,000! Well, Energy Concepts showed up and fixed it for only $260.00. It didn't need replaced like the other contractors said. Thanks Energy Concepts! You have a customer for life!

Thank you for putting in my replacement heater for free! Being on a limited income is not easy, and I really thank you for not charging me a dime! I am forever greatful to you because I once again have heat in my bedroom.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I have never written a google review, but I am so angry I want others to not have this hassle. We were given a 4 hour install window. Twenty minutes before the end of that window, we received the call that they would arrive in 30 minutes. My husband had to leave the house for a few minutes and arrived home before that timeframe was up to a business card on the door. They couldn’t be bothered to call at the door - what if the owner had been in the bathroom and didn’t hear the doorbell? When called to reschedule, the office staff was rude, wanted us to wait 2 more weeks for an install, after already waiting 2 and half weeks, and then refused to install at all before hanging up on me. Worst customer service I have ever had!
