We purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat today from Mike Mauer. It was the absolute best truck buying experience we ever had. Mike was 100% professional and friendly and very courteous. There was absolutely NO pressure at all from Mike to buy. We would highly definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is in need of a vehicle. Eric McCarthy in finance was totally awesome too. Bickford Ford has an exceptional crew!!!
Great used car buying experience. Greg was available, honest, to the point. Was extremely easy to work with. Everyone in the sales room was nice and said hello Didn't feel pressured at all.
Reviewing my recent experiences across the Lube/Quick Service, Parts and Tire departments at Bickford.nService Department: 5/5. They're fast, well priced and courteous.nParts Department: 0/5. Not sure how they sold me 4 different bags of security lug nuts where the security key didn't fit 3 out of 4 security lug nuts. It took 3 trips to fix that issue.nTire Shop: 3/5. They need work order to work on any car. In 4 visits, they didn't really tell me to make an appointment or ask for a service manager (instead of the employee who checks you in).nOverall Bickford Ford: 1/5. Not sure I want to use them for scheduled maintenance for my car. I understand mistakes happen but if after repeated trips some issues are not fixed then kind of pointless to do ant business with them.
Excellent service
It was fast and friendly dealership. They quoted a price and it never changed. No unexpected charges. Fuel tank was full. And my sales guy Dave was excellent and went out of his way to find me what I wanted . highly recomend them.
