I met Benita Ventresca at a very difficult time in my life. Having to deal with a very unreasonable husband and going through a very nasty divorce, the last thing I needed was a lawyer who would make matters worse. Benita was really knowledgeable, professional and yet so friendly. She made me feel hopeful and comfortable throughout the process. She educated me every step of the process. She handled the other attorney so professionally and she kept my case out of court. That alone saved me a lot of money, time and uncomfortable meetings with my ex. Benita has represented me in many matters over the past 15 years. For several years, we were involved in custody and support proceedings. Every time I needed an attorney I called Benita. She obtained physical custody for me in a manner that kept the lines of communication open between parents. She did not waste my time and money unnecessarily but steered me to no-cost alternatives to expensive litigation when those alternatives were available. I have never had any difficulty reaching Benita regarding my case, whether by telephone, email or in person. She never passed me off to a secretary but always dealt with me personally when I needed her. I depended on her knowledge and experience and still do.
