Krave Fitness is a great place! The studio is orderly and clean and the workouts are engaging and get you going. Kelly is an awesome trainer; she understands you and makes every session extremely fun. Krave helped redefine my relationship with fitness; I now look forward to exercising. This place has it all and more.

It has been an awesome experience with Kelly. Even with Covid she figured out a great way to continue over zoom - and for encouraging that she dropped off weights and gear at my home!!!

I enjoy and look forward to every workout! I have never had a regular weight training program or personal trainer before and love the individual help with form, alignment and sequencing. The workouts are upbeat and fun and the hour goes by quickly. I love having the workout planned for me so that I can focus on the movements and form. I feel stronger and have more energy after only 3 months:)

I started training with Matt less than a month ago and I can say with confidence that he's as good a fitness trainer as they come. He evaluates your individual needs and plans your workout accordingly, at a pace that is comfortable for you and yet pushes you to your limits such that you are actually able to meet your goals.n10/10 - would highly recommend training with Matt.

I played D1 Volleyball at UC Santa Barbara and was looking for a workout that was similar to my collegiate training. I found Matt and it has been exactly what I was looking for. He creates Mini Circuits consisting of 3-4 exercises that touch multiple muscle groups. He focuses on form and makes sure you are moving properly during each exercise. He talks with you about your goals and eating habits and tailors the workouts to your individual needs. Not only is he passionate about your performance, but he takes the time to get to know you while being the extra push we all look for to live a healthier lifestyle.
