Had a great 1st time ride for my birthday today. Everyone was so very awesome. Instructor and music were fun and electrifying with a nonstop workout. I will definitely go back. Thank you Los Gatos SoulCycle for a fun birthday ride. Roxanne

Challenging spin class with energetic instructors and upbeat music. This is one of the most spacious Soul Cycle studios in the Bay Area. The facilities are always clean and parking is typically very easy to find. Convenient location to other downtown shopping and activities.

Soul at GATO is always more than just a workout. I have had classes with all the instructors at GATO, and am so impressed that they each have their own style and energy that they bring to class. I haven't had one class with an instructor that has been a bad experience! The staff at the front always greets you with a smile on their face when you walk in, offering assistance and supplies. Personally, I don't feel that the bikes are too close to one another. The studio has switched out their old bikes with new bikes recently, and I am very pleased with their durability and design, it makes for a great workout!nnI have to say that Victoria is an excellent instructor, combining the intensity of the Soul workout with fun. I'd recommend trying out one of her classes for sure!nnOverall, the GATO location, while on the smaller side, has been a great fit for me and I am sure will be for many others.

If you can, try Sarah or Casey's class! Casey is a pusher (in a damn good way. You showed up? Why not work for it. That girl and all her hair is an amazing instructor) and Sarah has an excellent playlist. Every single one of her classes is always a good party. No judgement from them or the entire soulcycle team! The location is spacious with tons of lockers
