Premier Pilates has given me a very enjoyable introduction to Pilates fitness. I have been going to sessions for over 2 months now, so far exclusively with Melissa. All of the instructors are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and helpful.nnIf you're new to Pilates, as I am, I recommend taking several private lessons with one instructor to become familiar with the various apparatuses and vocabulary before attending group sessions.
I started Pilates here in June of this year, with the private lesson package. The attention I got was amazing. The exercise is great and the instructors are really helpful and concerned about me. Wonderful place to work out!
