If we’re fortunate, when we pass on, we’ll leave something of value for our heirs. Unfortunately, some who leave a decent estate, neglect to plan for its distribution….a costly mistake! For those with only a will, before assets are distributed to heirs, the estate is subject to “probate”…a process that is both expensive and time consuming.
