I have been struggling with weight loss for a long time. I knew my body needed intense cardio. I knew myself well enough that I needed something fun as well. ILKB is not only fun, its the quickest 1 hour cardio I have ever experienced. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and funny. ILKB is now my staple high intensity cardio. I highly recommend ILKB-Sunnyvale for anyone that is looking for good cardio, great instructors, and a clean studio.
