We loved Mission for two years until our recent renewal. Market rates for renting have dropped everywhere ($2900 to $2400 for a 2/1) and instead of adjusting us down we were told we had to move all of our stuff out for a week and then back in or move to another apartment altogether to receive the new rate. I simply do not understand why. We were happy tenants who were looking forward to another year in our current apartment. Now we’re being nickeled and dimed on a new application fee and overlapping rent. I think this is how they’re trying to make up for lost revenue but you’ve now lost a long-term tenant for life.

The gym and racquetball court are for the guests and residents of Mission Pointe by Windsor. Gym has good weight loss equipment and one multi purpose. There are one set of dumbbells of all weights and few benches. Racquetball Court isn’t that great. As it’s only Court for more than eight hundred residents, its difficult to get the Court in evening.
