I trained with Chris and Laila for almost six months. The workouts definitely helped improve my fitness level. Chris and Laila are very good at tailoring the exercises so that you can improve gradually. Besides the regular training sessions, they provide a personalized list of exercises as homework, and also give advice on dietary improvements. The trainers were very attentive to point out details to make the exercises more effective. I highly recommend training with Push Fitness.

I enjoyed the workout sessions with Laila. Each of them were tailored to my case and she would evaluate and push further in next sessions. Attention to your form and posture makes a huge difference in building your strength. Laila pays that personal attention and would highly recommend to try sessions with her.

I have trained with Laila for about 10 months. Laila is an awesome trainer with great knowledge and experience in the field of strength training. I was a complete beginner at gym who had never lifted any weights at all before. With her dedication and positive attitude, she really helped me get into shape and most importantly into a fitness regime. She also provided me with guidance in diet and nutrition. I highly recommend Laila as a fitness instructor to anyone, especially for those who are starting their fitness journey.

I have been working out with Laila for more than a year, I can say hands down she has been the single most positive influence in helping me get fit. Laila has consistently been by my side as a guide helping me immensely with my strength training and providing valuable guidance with respect to my diet and other areas of fitness. She is an exceptional personal trainer who knows exactly when to push you and when to ease up. She has tailored many workouts to accommodate my back and knee when I have had a little trouble with them. I am sure that I would not have made the progress that I have without her training and feedback. Laila is an exceptional trainer in terms of the attention and guidance she gives. I consider myself very very lucky to continue to train with her the coming years.

Laila is a great trainer and she responds to your messages really fast. I also like that she takes your ideas into suggestion. I did remote training with her for 3 months. I appreciated how even though it was remote, she told me to send videos to make sure my form was correct. Would recommend, especially if you're new into fitness. :)
