Excellent program to feel fit and lose body fat. The working staff are super good to work with to schedule appointments. Coaches are fun and committed and positive to inspire and encourage everyone.nFantastic place to sweat and burn calories AND have fun. Adds a new dimension to working out.
Love this place, the trainers and the staff are so friendly. The workouts are great and the location is so convenient. Highly recommend! I have recommended this to friends in the past, and they are still happy campers at this gym.
Thought a lot about joining OT because it was beyond my budget but after three classes I would say my decision was not wrong. The type of exercises are really good. There is variety and you don't repeat the workout very often. The coaches are very friendly and accommodating. The best people in OT is the staff. Charan was very helpful and patient while giving the introduction. I would recommend OT. It is a good investment for your health. If it is out of your budget, please cut down on other unnecessary things and join OT.
10/10 would recommend this location. I am located in Fresno and came into this studio on my mini vacation with my mom. Everyone especially the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. It's just a bonus that the workout was awesome like always!
