We are members here and love coming up for a free tasting flight. It feels like you've left the city hundreds of miles behind and you're out in the country, peaceful and quiet. In non-covid times we have put our kids on a trail ride with their horses while we enjoyed the tasting room. For now, the patio is open for tastings and on Sundays, lunch or nibbles, with masks and distancing. I enjoy their two vineyard red blends. All the wines have names related to the aviation industry.
Came without a reservation but the hostess still sat us. However the server seemed upset we had came without a reservation and ignored us for 15 minutes. People that came after us were seated and served while we remained ignored. Only when when we started to leave did the hostess ask if we had been served and offered to serve us now, to which we said no and left. Rude and slow customer service. Would be willing to give a second chance, if only for the view, if service improves.
Sweet winery to treat yourself with after a hike through Stevens Creek County Park or Fremont Older Preserve. Tastings are pretty standard in pricing for the area, but I have consistently had a variety of excellent wines, I even enjoyed one of the whites, a rarity to say the least.
Amazing visit. Grounds are beautiful and wine even better. Cory who poured for us was super friendly. Enjoy a horse back ride and then enjoy a delicious glass of wine or bring a picnic lunch
We visited during one of the musical events on a Sunday afternoon, and the experience was thoroughly delightful! Great location, fantastic views, excellent wines for tasting!nnA word of warning though - bring your own picnic, this place sells some nibbles, but you’ll be better off with your own.
