I definitely recommend Borah & Shaffer both attorneys are great they both really help me out with both of my case, worker comp and Social security disability and got the job done! I am very happy how I won both case! And they both took my disability very seriously and went way beyond. God bless them both. If your looking for a attorney please take my advise. And call them. Best in Santa Clara County.

Pure ProfessionalnAndrew Shaffer has to be one of the best Workman’s Comp attorneys in Santa Clara County.nHonest, hardworking, patient, kind, fair, and he closed my case for me. It’s wasn’t easy or quick, but Andrew made it happen. I’m forever grateful, and I will recommend him every time.

Mr. Shaffer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for my workers comp case, and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend !!

We went to him was been told that he was one of the better WC attorneys. We don't know other WC attorney, so, don't know if that statement is true. but he was not someone I'd recommend.nHe was very great with communicated with us before he got us signed up. The final draw was , till when it came really crucial to get his respond. There were none for 5 days. He is not trust worthy. I think it is an one man office, he probably won't miss you if you don't call him on any of your future cases
