Timothy widman is the worst lawyer in San Jose California for an error of him I was punished for 10 years and that brought me a lot of damage.This lawyer he only cares about the money and I do not recommend that you hire him. take care of your family do not end up separated by him I do not have the freedom to detect my experience about his services, and I have been in charged/acused in the court of San José California he still destroyed my family and I ended up living in Tijuana away from my wife and sometimes I cry for the suffering that Timothy widman brought me

Mr. Widman is a wonderful Lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I had many questions at our first consultation and throughout the entire immigration process. We were truly worried about our immigration status, in-part because of the current Political-climate in the U.S.. Mr. Widman took the time and gave his opinion in how to best approach our specific case. My wife and I are truly grateful for his care and guidance throughout the entire process. He is very personable with a kind heart. I’m am glad that our community has such a caring individual.

Mr. Timothy Widman is the one of the best and kind lawyer that I ever seen. Thoughtful, honest, and effective are the three words I would use to describe Timothy D. Widmon. He was extremely compassionate and caring during the process of my case.nnHe suggested me for being more successful I should apply for O-Visa at first. He took care of every thing for me. He helped me with the utmost care to provide the required documents which cause my case be approved very fast. I was stressed a lot and in any time I need advice he was there for me.
