This year has been very difficult in many ways for us all! Having the opportunity of exercising in a safe and friendly environment has been a blessing, not only for the body but also for the soul!nFor each class, they go out of their way to setup all the equipment outside and take the necessary precautionary measures for safety! The outdoor setting is clean and fun for workouts. The club is superb from ownership to coaches and staff!nnFor many years I have tried different gyms. Coach Mike, is by far one of the best and most knowledgeable trainers I have seen. Even though these are group classes, he is always mindful to be present and correct mistakes and motivate everyone to do better! What is even more exciting is that for the past few months coach Damaris has been training us too! She is also very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She too is a star!! It’s easy to tell that they are both very passionate about their work and helping others achieve desired results.

This place is the best high intensity HIIT program you can find around. Great atmosphere and coaches with a program that rotates and constantly evolves.MWF are cardio/hybrid programs and TTH are strength days. Mike and Damaris are expert trainers with make you feel good attitudes! Go!
