Wasn't the best yoga experience we have had. The teacher is pleasant and helpful, gives one on one tips. There's even a forehead massage at the end of the session, with consent. But many of the billing facts are not upfront.nnFor instance, we were told after using the available mats that it was $2 per use. Also you have to inform them 30 days before the last month that you want to stop. That means you have to decide 60 days before your last day that you don't wanna come anymore. Lost a bunch of money due to this loophole that wasn't explained clearly beforehand. Also, if you can't make it a morning session, you need to let the teacher know one day before.nnWouldn't recommend it over a more established place.nnEdit: Thanks for responding. Since the billing day is at the start of the month, and the policy is to inform x days before the last billing day, it effectively means more than 30 day notice. Regarding the teacher notice and mat fee, this genuinely happened to me and I stand by it. However, if the policies have changed since that would be a pleasant plus point. Future prospect students should know and confirm these things before starting here. Thanks.

Excellent teachers and great yoga place. Very patient and approachable for any doubts in Vinyasa. Feels relaxed and let go all tensions by end of the class. Also I feel the difference before and after in strength and flexibility.nBest place for best Yoga practice. Would highly recommend to join Esha Yoga

Not really good for newcomers. There is no staff at the front desk. There is no explanation for what to do. I booked online so I knew I was good to go for payment but it didn’t feel welcoming especially as a guy and a new person there. I wasn’t sure what to do at all. Eventually I just copied everyone else and took a seat but I was the only guy there until another guy came in late, so it was a pretty uncomfortable experience that way. Just overall I didn’t feel welcome, and it was confusing. One lady was looking at me so I thought she might be the teacher but nope she’s just a student. No teacher and no staff. The teacher did show up though but not til later. The teacher was really nice though so I don’t think it’s her fault but they should have a front desk person. If there was someone to greet and explain things to people I think it could be a much better place. As it is though it’s intimidating and unwelcoming in my experience. It would be great if a yoga place had a “guys welcome” class once in a while or something, and a front desk person to greet people. That would make it much more inviting. As it is idk if I’ll be back.
