Everyone was nice.. very polite they let alot of people in not wearing mask was very concerned... about that like I also felt like she was rushing while doing my hair she didn't fix the calics my bangs like I asked she missed a little part of my eyebrow but it looked ok while waxing not to mention my eyebrows were burning after the wax when she applied this stuff on them it was red for 2 days and finally went away the 3rd day she was also very rough with my hair I could feel it breaking while she used a comb instead of a brush??? felt rushed I felt like they just wanted to be done so they could move on to the next person The only good part about my visit was the color was good other than that just really not a good experience for me and after 85$ a little unsatisfying
Quoted one price. Then charged another. She did refund the difference after l reminded her of her initial quote. I told her not to cut my hair short. She didn't listen. I was grateful l brought a hat to put over the frizzy mess. Very unprofessional with running from one customer to the other.Very difficult to understand...poor customer service!
the stylist was really nice and cut my hair perfectly.
The people here want u to be happy they will go the extra mile this is well worth the 14 bucks is better than the chains at half the price of some
