Great experience. Cory, stylist was professional, articulate and conversant. She met and exceeded my requirements for my style and cut. Location was clean and adhering to all COVID prevention sanitation processes. Wait time was excellent and sign in online was easy.
Cute hair stylist . Did a great job on my hair and they also take notes on what you like so you can get the same thing the next time you need to get your haircut. Instead of having to remember and explain. It's pretty convenient.
Does not accept pre paid Sport Clips gift certificate.nnI'm giving this location a generous neutral 3 star rating since I never actually got service to review. I was given a prepaid Sport Clips gift card/gift certificate four months ago good for several MVP haircuts at five specific locations (including Mukilteo as printed on back). I rushed over to Mukilteo about 40 minutes before closing to get a haircut as there was no wait.nnThe stylist didn't know how to process it and after a phone call to some manager she said something to the effect of since they're a franchise and not connected to the other locations they couldn't honor my certificate. I told her I used it at the Smokey Point (and Maple Valley) location (as listed on the card) with no issue so didn't understand the problem. She said that unfortunately she couldn't do anything about it.nnSo FYI if anybody else has one of the prepaids and tries going here don't waste your time or call ahead. Other than that prices are creeping closer to $30 for MVP (What's not going up these days) I have no other complaints about Sport Clips.
Terrible attention. They did not want to cut my 2-year-old's hair for not wanting to wear a mask. it's just a baby. And they were not friendly at all. I will not go back there. He is just a baby. In other places they force me to wear a mask but not my son because he is a BABY They don't know or understand anything. I was really upset yesterday.
Excellent barbers that know how to do a great fade. I'm very impressed. I enjoy the relaxing MVP shampoo and massage. I like their new Sport Clips online check in app where I can put my name on the waiting list and then leave my house when it is my turn. Very convenient way for me so I don't wait too long. It is worth the wait though because their barbers are really good at men's haircuts.
