First time at this salon and I loved it. All the stylist there, know what they are doing. I had Jenna but others helped in, I was able to show some examples on what I wanted and they made it happen. They are on point and don’t let little things slide. Highly recommend. I will be back!
The only way to reach anyone here is by a text message. I waited a week to hear from them on the cost of my service after sending a text. The second time I tried to text and confirm my appt time, they again never called back. The website they use did not have my appt even listed on it so I called and texted again but still nothing. No one ever did call me back so I wasn't able to get my hair done. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service model that no one answers the phones or gets back to people.
This place is incredible! Jenna was so accommodating and got me in for an appointment the very same day! She is an expert on extensions! My hair looks so amazing! I have never seen such teamwork in a salon. They all work together to make sure you have an amazing experience. Sure, extensions are expensive but for what you get here, they are more than worth it. I was even given a bouquet of flowers and some free goodies when I left. Flowers, free goodies, and an amazing new look... I love my hair so much. Thanks Jenna Marie Salon! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
