Just had Line-X of Silicon Valley install the Line-X Premium. They did an excellent job, and went the extra mile to meet their commitment. The scheduling was easy and they provided a realistic time to get the job completed. Unfortunately one of their pieces of equipment was malfunctioning but these guys jumped through hoops to get my job completed at the time they told me and they did. Nice job.

This review pertains to the fella working the front counter. I can’t EVER recall dealing with someone with such poor customer service! How sad it is that I will never recommend this place of business (my apologies to the owner) but the bottom line is...anyone can perform a particular service. It’s the customer experience that makes the difference. Traditionally, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt (we all can have a bad day) but this fella’s personality is truly a disservice to Mike’s. Much so, I’m actually writing this while sitting out in the parking lot waiting for my vehicle to be ready. :(
