HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!nnWe rented Limo on July 23rd, 2016.nnCalling in & booking experience was okay.nOverall: This limo was for surprise birthday party and timing was very critical. Contract booking time was from 830AM. we were told that driver will arrive 5 to 15 minutes ahead of time. Driver arrived few minutes late (around 845). It was birthday surprise party, our goal was to decorate limo little bit and get inside the car and be ready to surprise birthday girl. Well .. it did not work & we missed the surprise. we were planning this surprise from 4-5 weeks. So..it was not a very good start.nAbout Limo: Car was not clean from inside. there was dust on the shelves. you could write name or anything with fingers. It was hot day with temp 95 F. about 2 hours of drive from Fremont to NAPA. only fans were working and AC did not work. It felt like we all (including birthday girl) were sitting in a boiler room. everyone was dressed up for birthday & everyone was heavily sweating within first 15 minutes of the drive. we kept asking driver to turn on the AC and we heard excuse after excuse. Driver told us that he will need to pull over & restart his limo to get the AC going. and restart did not help. 2 hour of drive sitting in boiler room. on the way back, AC worked for last 30 minutes or so .. but driver had to stop or shutdown something else to make it work. this Limo was 2006 model (White Esclade). Overall, we did not enjoy the ride, we were HOT and suffering inside the limo. It was a torture.nnDriver and Service:nWe purchased wine bottles/cases from winery. everything was stored/placed at the front, next to driver seat area. we made one stop on the way back for dinner & drinks. When we reached final destination, we were missing one case with 6 wine bottles (Worth $175). Driver dropped us off couple of times and took off car in parking area. either the car was unattended or GOD knows what happened. Instead of figuring out what happened to those bottles he started saying strange things to our families. He said that we took the bottles and did something with them ??? we did not argue with him too much because we had bithday and we wanted to keep everything low and calm. We paid him full price for the trip, no tip of-course.nnThis was our first experience renting limo from this company and it was not pleasant. will not do business with them again and wont recommend their services to anyone.
