Allow at least 25+ minutes from when they tell you your food will be available.nnThis is not a singleton review, we live within walking distance of this place, and they are always. always very very late on their time estimates. This has happened to us at least a half dozen times. Its like they take your order online or over the phone, but wait till you actually show up before they start making it. NOT OK. this is 2020. give me a break.nnOther that, their food is good.

Premium pizza is my go to place whenever my family craves pizza. I am giving 2 stars today not because of the quality of the food but I felt unsafe in the store. I went to pick up pizza today and there was another customer waiting for his order without his mask on. I hesitated for a bit since the store has a small waiting area and I didn’t want to wait with someone who wasn’t following the safety guidelines. I noticed that he was drinking something. I know it’s hard to ask the customers to put on mask and not drink/eat inside the store but this makes other customers nervous walking into the establishment. Please follow the health guidelines and require all customers to wear mask when inside the store.

The service and pizza is awesome. Mario has always provided Excellent service. I ordered 20 pizza for work and he came in early to make the pizza so we would have them by 11:15 am when they open at 10 am. I recommend this business for your family or home event.
